At first they didn't know what they stepped into. Then after time they found the challenge more rewarding than anything they could ever imagine. Easy to say their job is far from normal as they venture into science, phycology, time events, earth trama, space and the unimaginable. THE GOLDEN ARCHES

It is 1962 and Mike Stine was in the summer of the 12th grade. Just after graduation Mike found his first summer job at The Golden Arches Burgers. This was the first fast food drive in that opened in his small town of Lovelock NV. It turns out his Great Grandfather (Mac Stine) had mined the most gold in California after hitting one of the biggest finds during the gold rush of the 1800's. In 1880 Mac had a special Locomotive built (Hercules) and heavy duty train cars to haul in today's value $700 Billion of gold back to the east coast. Promptly around the area of Mike's present small town of Lovelock, the train and gold mysteriously diapered. To this day no one has ever found the train. In the late 1950's 2 gold bars from the train and remains of two humans and horses were found in the Sierra foothills around the Sacramento area which just heightened the mystery. Meanwhile, in 1962, Mike and his buddies are about to discover the past, present and future as they collide and find out who Mikes grandfather really was. At that time Mike and his gang of kids will run headlong right into
